Live Broadway Children's Musical Productions

UpStage Players is dedicated to the child performer, instilling a love of theatre, while building leadership and community.

Questions regarding rehearsal: Please call or text Mrs. Walsh-Hilf at 216.978.2395. Make every effort to attend rehearsal on time with a notebook, sharpened pencil, water bottle, script. Be prepared and ready to work. Remember to check the handbook for additional information.

Take time to carefully go through and highlight your role. Remember you are always called on full cast days. Warm-ups begin 10 minutes prior to call time. All business will take place at the beginning of rehearsal, please be prepared to turn in all monies and forms at the beginning of rehearsal. Make sure you sign in and out daily bringing your folder and picking up at the end of rehearsal. 

Full book scripts will be issued for $10. You will be responsible for your script. If you leave your script you will be charged $1.00. Please be responsible for your script. At the end of the run you will keep your script.

Special Reminders and due dates for turning in are in purple. Parents should arrive approximately ten minutes before rehearsals end to pick up folders, receive informational on rehearsal changes, etc. Desk closes 30 minutes prior to the end of rehearsal.
