We are starting a brand new group at UpStage Players for any one reading age and up. You and your parents or you alone can participate.  It is a chance for you to make your mark at UpStage!
  
We will rehearse theater games, then go and perform them at events like fundraisers, benefits, carnivals, parties, etc. We will also look for theater events to attend as a group to help us enhance our craft.  We will come up with a costume as a group and, oh yeah, a NAME!  It will be a fun way to
get some acting experience! 

 Our Improvisational Troupe is an offshoot of our  original theater company, UpStage Players that  has

          been  established for 16 years.                                  

We are a non profit organization that teaches children the fundamentals of theater in a family oriented way. Many of our participants have gone on to Major in Theater. The Improvisational Troupe follows the same core principals but performs in a different way.

Our Improvisational Troupe produces plays on the spot  in any space. It is an interactive group that involves audience members and their ideas in each performance. We rehearse periodically as well as perform at fundraisers, parks, festivals and more. It is a fun way to build your imagination and creativity. The Improv Troupe invites ages 5-adults to play. Most days we share a bite to eat and build friendships.
